Thomson Reuters is just one of many organizations turning to neuroscience to help employees work better, perform better, learn better and feel better. Neuroscience covers many different areas, including learning and memory, how brains develop and the effect of things such as stress on the brain and behavior. And who does not experience some form of stress in the workplace? Neuroscience also helps you understand how to change self-sabotaging habits, thoughts and behaviors. It shows you how to rewire your brain for success.
People are not robots; we are all individual personalities, we have ideals and dreams of our own, and at the end of it all, we all want to work in a workplace that fosters better performance through positive reinforcement vs the old stick and carrot method.
Let neuroscience help you rewire your brain for success, allowing you to create a better workplace for yourself and all.
It is possible.
It is doable.
And it is essential to take your business into the next era of success and sustainability.

Your Instructor
Throughout Jenny's career, she has dedicated herself to understanding the connection between our inner world and our outer experiences, that either results in our successes or failures, both personally and professionally. This journey led her to explore the human condition, our true nature, and the ways we can create our own lives by design. She focused much of her attention on how the way we think, and what we believe, directly impacts our lives, both professionally and personally. Her passion for emotional and mental wellbeing stems from her own challenges and experiences in her professional and personal life. She has a very hands-on approach in her coaching sessions, and she believes true change can only happen from within, and not through trying to cram more and more knowledge into our lives. With a career spanning decades in Human Resources, as a senior executive, Business Admin and HR Director, Jenny reached a point where she felt unfulfilled in the corporate world. After leaving corporate life in 2016, Jenny has focused on emotional and mental wellbeing, and bringing this to both the workplace and individuals alike. She is a licensed and certified HeartMath Mentor in Building Personal Resilience, a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and holds an honorary doctorate in Metaphysics. Her qualifications, combined with her extensive corporate experience, enables her to integrate knowledge and practical experience into her coaching sessions. As a coach, mentor, course creator, and guide, Jenny specializes in helping professionals manage stress, shift perceptions, and achieve emotional and mental balance, both in their personal and professional lives.
