WORKPLACE FAIRNESS, EQUITY & EQUALITY FOR ALL
I am here to take the pain out of creating business HR forms, policies and procedures, and having great codes of good practice in place to help you have a workplace that practices fairness, equality and non-discrimination to and for all. I have done the hard work, you just need to download and implement the documentation in your workplace. Make someone the custodian of this. Be a part of bringing what is right back into business.
The world is grappling to comes to terms with equality for all. A world where there is no discrimination whatsoever. However, no matter how hard you try, prejudice, bias, unfairness and inconsistencies somehow manage to creep into workplaces.
There are many ways that this can be dealt with, and apart from training your staff in equitable practices, dealing with personal bias and prejudices head on, one of the sure ways to do this, is to have consistent business practices, forms, policies and procedures. You are either going to be part of perpetuating the problem, or you can be a part of the solution. I choose the latter.
Based on this, I have created these documents for you to download, rebrand and make applicable to your business. This course will give you some great codes of good practices, HR forms, policies and procedures.
Congratulations on being a part of bringing equity to the workplace by ensuring consistency in all HR business practices, forms, policies and procedures. We can all do our part in making the world a better place by ensuring fairness, equity and a discrimination-free workplace for all. You might need to change these documents from time to time, and if the need arises, the beauty of having them in MS Word or MS Excel format, is that you can make changes as you deem necessary.
Consistency is a crucial element when coming to labor practices, and these documents will go a long way in ensuring that this is met.

Frequently Asked Questions
Now that you have all the documentation required to help you on your path to fairness and equality for all in the workplace, it is time to start implementing them in your workplace. A good practice will be to make one person the custodian of all this documentation, and they will also be responsible to ensure that only these forms are used. They might need to be updated from time to time, but because they are in word format, you are able to make any amendments necessary.
