How we process life
We all process life through different lenses of perception. However, we have the ability to choose to see things differently, from a new perspective.
Perceptions are just that - what we think we see. What we think others think of us. What we thing is actually going on. In truth, it normally never is as it appears.
I created this online course to help anyone create their own internal safe place, something I have done since a teenager. This means that when things get really stressful, I am able to drop into my safe place, collect myself, look at the greater whole of what is going on, and then decide on the most appropriate action to take going forward.
This place can be anything from a river in a forest, to a beach with palm trees, to a garden, to .... well, whatever it is you want to create. If you want to create something other than a garden as your safe space to go to when you need a quick respite, all you need to do is apply the same principles and techniques to create this. It really is that simple.
